Pre-Renewal Survey

If you are a Renewal Manager, it is your responsibility to send a Pre-Renewal survey to your main customer contact(s) and coordinate with the broader Account team before and after doing so. Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to send the Pre-Renewal survey to your customers via Salesforce!

1. Select the first Renewal Contact to send the survey to

2. Ensure contact details in Salesforce are accurate

3. Click the "Add to Program" button

4. Select "Renewals Survey" in the dropdown menu

5. Click "Schedule" to send the survey

Note: Here is the Renewal survey your contact will receive.

6. Check Salesforce "Invitations" to confirm the survey was sent

7. Repeat Steps #1-6 for all contacts you want to send the Renewal survey to

 

8. Check the "Invitations" tab in Medallia

9. Receive feedback notification, view feedback, & follow-up with your customers
