Pre-Renewal Survey

If you are a Renewal Manager, it is your responsibility to send a Pre-Renewal survey to your main customer contact(s) and coordinate with the broader Account team before and after doing so. Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to send the Pre-Renewal survey to your customers via Salesforce!

1. Select the first Renewal Contact to send the survey to |
|
2. Ensure contact details in Salesforce are accurate |
|
3. Click the "Add to Program" button |
|
4. Select "Renewals Survey" in the dropdown menu |
|
5. Click "Schedule" to send the survey |
Note: Here is the Renewal survey your contact will receive. |
6. Check Salesforce "Invitations" to confirm the survey was sent |
|
7. Repeat Steps #1-6 for all contacts you want to send the Renewal survey to |
|
8. Check the "Invitations" tab in Medallia |
|
9. Receive feedback notification, view feedback, & follow-up with your customers |
|
