With so much feedback, how do you decide what is important to leverage for your organization? Medallia's reporting capabilities help us serve up data in a consumable way. From its flexibility to its dynamic data mapping, the possibilities are endless. Continue reading to understand ways to organize feedback that is important to your projects in Medallia. 

Stars

Stars help you categorize feedback on Responses List reports. Click a star next to a response, and then select a color. Starring survey records is user-specific, so stars added by one user are not seen by other users. You can also click the pencil icon to change the name from 'Yellow' to a specific tag.

Subscribe to survey records

The Customer Experience team reviews all feedback and works to subscribe customer feedback to any mentioned teams. Users can also click the Subscribe button to subscribe themselves and/or click 'No Subscribers' to subscribe other users to survey feedback. When a user subscribes another user, Medallia sends a notification email to the subscribed user.

Users appear in the Subscribers list only if they have a valid email attached to their user account and they have access to the record from any of their roles.

While users can subscribe other users to a record, they can only unsubscribe themselves.

Filtering

Enhanced filters enable you to filter the Responses List report by Unread, Read, Subscribed, and Unacknowledged.
