Order Action Limit needs to be increased

The 1 million record limit on the order action is not sufficient for Enterprise level solutions. There really should be no limit on this order action as a refresh process should take into account how long it will run. If there must be a limit, 100 million is more sufficient for the largest solutions where ordering has a higher impact in usability.
